30 Posts in 30 Days, New Photos

Inspired by Toby over at 649 6th, I will be posting to this blog 30 times in the next 30 days. It’s been so long since I’ve faithfully updated, yet we’re doing SO much house stuff right now. It’s crunch time at the Sheridan house, as we’re hoping to be finished in about 5 weeks (before labor day). So, starting tomorrow, we’ll start the 30-count and see where it takes us. In the mean time, I uploaded a bunch of photos of the basement at the Sheridan House, including the new PEX plumbing system (It’s awesome – I want to do more of it!).

I LOVE Pex! Buying the crimper was a little hard to swallow, but… I was an auto mechanic for 10 years, so I’m used to buying very specialized, incredibly expensive tools. lol

I’m planning on doing another whole post about PEX – I’m so incredibly impressed with it and it was so much fun to do. Seriously.

  4. [...] (Note: in case anyone is following along with the 30-in-30, I posted this last night but somehow set the status to private, so it didn’t show up until today when I figured that out. So, today will end up looking like a double-post day, but this entry really was written on Saturday, I promise!) [...]

  5. [...] I haven’t quite kept pace to make 30 posts in 30 days, but it’ll be close. The other day I had a great post ready to go with a photo of our truck pulling out a stump in the backyard, but the photos got deleted before I had downloaded them. Oh well. [...]
