That's great that you have good floors under the old carpet. Even scratchs can be taken care of but you still need the good wood to start with. To bad about the "bad" walls in the bathroom. On the other hand, all you need to fix them is a bigger hammer. Not that wimpy 16oz that you have in you hand Shawn.
