We just got a call from our realtor that our offer was accepted! There were a total of four offers that were placed on the house, but we were the only ones who weren’t just buying the house as an investment. So they countered our offer and we very eagerly accepted the counter-offer. It’s been a long wait, but we’ve learned a lot and are so excited to be able to finally start planning and working. There will be many photos to come in the next few months, but to start, here are a bunch.
